  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • Are your pizzas Halal?
    Currently, we do not offer halal meats on our pizzas, but we do have vegetarian pizza options. Our Crispy Chicken wings are Halal also!
  • Is your pizza dough gluten-free?
    Our pizza dough contains gluten.
  • Is your pizza dough vegan?
    Yes, our pizza dough is vegan-friendly! Feel free to request any pizza without cheese for a vegan-friendly option. We’re happy to customize your order!
  • Do Dough Bros products contain dairy, nuts and other allergens?
    The safety of customers is the number one priority. We absolutely do NOT recommend anyone with allergies, intolerances or other dietary concerns consuming our food products. Whilst our doughnut dough and pizza dough are free from nuts, our doughnut dough contains dairy and eggs. Our products are prepared in the same kitchen as dairy, egg and nut products. We also cannot guarantee that any products are free from traces of allergens from our suppliers.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • How long will my order take?
    We make all of our pizzas & doughnuts fresh to order. The wait times can vary depending on how busy the particular branch is (approx. 10 – 20 mins). You can also skip the queue by scheduling an ordering ahead!
  • What times can you deliver?
    We can deliver through our delivery partners during all opening hours of our stores, subject to availability. For catering orders, we can deliver from 11:45AM to 10:30PM!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, octopus, Alipay & Wechat pay. For the most up-to-date information on accepted payment methods, please check with your local store.
  • What is your cancellation or refund policy?
    If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to make changes to orders that are already in progress. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the request and the status of the order. Please note that when you place your order through delivery platforms please ask for a refund through these channels.
  • Do you do catering for events, junks and parties?
    We absolutely cater events, junks, parties, or any event! Place your order at least TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE (subject to order size) through our website at https://www.doughbros.delivery/. We can deliver to anywhere on the Island Line MTR line with $100 delivery, anywhere on the South side of the Island with a delivery fee of $150, and anywhere in Kowloon with a delivery fee of $200. Place an order of $2500 or more and get FREE DELIVERY! Email us at catering@doughbroshk.com if you have any questions.
  • Do you offer any customization options for your pizzas and doughnuts?
    While we have a set menu, we're always happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please let our staff know if you have any specific preferences or dietary restrictions, and we'll do our best to customize your order.
  • Do you have a Loyalty Program?

  • How do I use my free pizza birthday gift?
    You will receive a text message when the birthday gift has been deposited into your account. Simply visit one of our shops and let our staff know that you would like to redeem your birthday gift. The birthday gift will be valid for one month from the date of the text message received. . Your free birthday pizza will be added to your account at 9:00AM the day after you signed up for an account
